Terago Networks the worst ISP in Canada ( maybe in the world)

Guess what?
A lady just left a voice mail in my mailbox introducing Terago Networks to my company and asking if we might be interested in their service!
Too bad I wasn't on my desk to take the call!
I still can't understand how they are still in business

One of the most - if not THE most - arrogant ISP's I've every encountered. Not sure if Vince Tomasi, Keith Godbold, Stephen Dyer and Jeff Edward are still there however we had some very serious uptime and jitter problems with them a few years ago - damn near broguht the bizniz to its knees! Terago just wasn't up to diagnosis and fixing the problem with any expediency.
While their service has improved somewhat, my contract expires in a few months and given the chance we are outta here.
Allstream seems to be the next best/least worst, but time will tell.
This company is a joke. How can they even be considered a legit business.
Our link is constantly flapping (we monitor it with Solarwinds.) We open a ticket, we get no feedback from them, we always have to call to get an update and there is basically no proper update.
We had a major outage in Vancouver because it "snowed." Wasn't a snowstorm or anything. They are completely unreliable, their tech support would be equivalent to D-Link or home ISPs, but in general those are better, they at least get you up and running instead of giving you a run around.
I would never recommend this ISP to any company. I'm just unfortunate that the company I joined was already using them.
